Bol, Croatia – 10 August 2026: Eagle Hills has expanded its hospitality portfolio in Croatia with the opening of The Bristol Bol, a new luxury waterfront hotel in the heart of Bol on the island of Brač. Located directly opposite the harbour, the hotel brings together the character of its historic setting with contemporary Croatian design and a refined approach to hospitality.

A Heritage Setting Reimagined

Located in the centre of the historic fishing village, The Bristol Bol occupies a fully restored, heritage-protected building set within a lush landscaped park. The restoration preserves the property’s architectural character in harmony with Bol’s traditional Dalmatian design, while introducing contemporary comfort and understated elegance.

The hotel features 94 rooms and suites, many overlooking the Adriatic Sea, the surrounding landscape or its tranquil gardens. The interiors, designed by Croatian designer Dean Franić, bring together historical references and contemporary elements through a considered composition of natural textures, materials and light.

An Authentic Adriatic Experience

Surrounded by greenery, The Bristol Bol offers a sense of calm and privacy while remaining closely connected to the rhythm of village life. The hotel opens onto Bol’s waterfront and historic stone streets, with the celebrated Zlatni Rat beach within easy reach. Mediterranean flavours, restorative wellness experiences and thoughtfully designed spaces create a stay that feels both authentic to Brač and distinctly contemporary.

At MARE Restaurant, the island’s produce, seasonality and Mediterranean culinary traditions shape a distinctive Adriatic dining concept. An outdoor pool and dedicated spa and wellness facilities provide spaces for restoration and relaxation, while curated experiences invite guests to explore Brač’s nature, culture and way of life.

A Growing Hospitality Portfolio

The opening represents an important addition to Eagle Hills’ presence in Croatia. With The Bristol Bol, the Croatian hospitality portfolio now comprises 25 hotels and more than 4,000 hotel and resort keys, offering experiences that extend from the mountains to the sea and are shaped by nature, regional cuisine, outdoor adventures and their local settings.

The Bristol Bol is the second destination in The Bristol Hotels & Resorts international collection, whose approach to hospitality combines timeless sophistication, thoughtful service and a strong connection to place. Following the opening of The Bristol Belgrade in early 2025, the brand’s arrival on the Croatian coast marks a new chapter in its growth.
